Welcome to the most common ESNcard questions!

1. Do we have to be from that specific university to book the trip?

You do not need to be a member of any specific ESN to book the trip. If you are not a member, please feel free to choose the “Not a member” category. 

In short, everyone is welcome on board all of our trips!

2. Can I choose the ESN category and get an ESN card later?

Yes! You are welcome to complete your booking and get the ESN card later.

We will check the card on the bus before departure, so as long as you have ESNcard before then, all good!

3. I have booked a ticket without an ESN membership card. Now I have the card, can I get a refund?

Yes! It is possible to change from a non-ESN member to an ESN member.

Unfortunately, there is a 20€ service fee according to our Trip Change and Cancellation Policy. We are obliged to apply this fee because we need to cancel the details from the old order and transfer the registration to a new order. :(

In this case, we could offer you two options:

1. Refund for the price difference minus the 20€ fee OR 
2. The price difference will be converted into a coupon, which you could use for paying for the trip or booking any of our activities when you are on the trip. For example, if you would like to join some activities in Lapland/Norway/Baltics/Iceland, this coupon will come in handy. Please note that the coupon can only be used for online booking and not for activities or other services booking at the destination.

The coupon shall be requested from us and varies case by case, please feel free to send us an email to [e-mail] and include a picture of your valid membership card (in jpg or png format).
