Tell me all about Activities!

1. I booked my trip and I want to add more activities. How can I do that?

2. Can I change/cancel some activities or sell them to other people?

Yes, it is possible to cancel/change one activity and get a partial refund. Nevertheless, there will be a 20€ service fee according to our Cancellation policy. Please note:

- Activity change/cancellation is not possible within 9 days before the trip (if you have FLEXI fee) or

- Activity change/cancellation is not possible within 21 days before the trip (if you have STANDARD fee).

If you would like to avoid the fee, you can sell the activity to a friend of yours. Please note:

• the person you are selling to should be on the same trip as you, and
• the payment shall be handled between you both and
• there will not be any refund from us.
  
  

3. If I just book only activities without going on the trip, can I get a discount?

We are sorry to tell you that the activities available when trip booking is for sale only as a bundle of our trip package.

If you wish to travel on your own, you are very welcome to experience the activities, which can be booked from our Lapland office at the link here.

4. I was promised an activity refund by the guide. When will I get it back?

If you were promised a refund by the tour guide, there's nothing to worry about! 

After your current trip ends, the guide will forward us the list of refunds in similar cases and we will proceed with the refund in one go.

Since they are being done manually, please allow around 3-4 weeks for our refund team to proceed precisely with each case!

5. What should we do if we don't choose your extra activities? We want to plan our own day.

If you don't choose the activities, you will have free time on your own in that time slot. 

You could either stay at the cottage for a sauna or have your own activity plan. Basically anything you would like to do since you are not bound by our activity schedule!
