How do you process lost and found items?

We are based in Helsinki/Tallinn. If we managed to find the items, the starting price for the lost and found items are as bellows:

• TT Urgent delivery: Starting  30€** 
• TT Seasonal delivery: Starting from 15€**
  If you can wait until the end of May, for the delivery, the fees will be lesser.  The reason is so that we could send out the found items all at once dropping the administrative costs.
• Free self-pick-up is possible under the condition that the bus company drops it off at our office for free.  

The price comes from the administrative service fees as we need to drop it to the postal office + the postal charge depends upon the weight of the items.
