No worries! The first step would be to check which email you used to book the trip.
1. If you used your own user account to book the trip and did not receive order confirmation, please, check your spam box.
2. If your friend booked the trip for you from their email, your order will stay in their user account. In this case, please ask them to send you the confirmation.
3. You could also check your order confirmation by doing as below:
a) Sign in to your user account at https://www.timetravels.com/ -> Top right corner - Login.
b) Click on the person icon on top right -> Go to "My bookings" tab
c) All trips should appear here and you could view them at any time.
4. If you have tried all suggestions, but still, could not find your order, we are here for you when you drop us a message at customerservice@timetravels.com. ♡
