In regular cases, if you already transferred the payment with the correct reference number, it's not something for you to worry about. No action is needed from you.
If your order status is still pending, here could be the reasons:
- It could take a few working days for the payment to arrive at our portal.
- In case the reference number does not match, our accounting team will check and confirm your payment, so it will take some extra time.
So in any case, it's very normal and don’t worry. ;)
