The card payment error could be similar to the screenshot below:
An authorization error usually appears when the 3D secure check is failed from the traveller's bank.
In most cases, the customer's bank has declined the payment.
Troubleshooting:
1. Please, firstly, check the limit of your card
Insufficient funds are the most common reason for payment declines. This can happen if the transaction amount exceeds your available balance or if your card has daily spending limits.
The indicators for the authentication_required code previously signalled a different decline code (withdrawal_count_limit_exceeded) (source: Stripe).

2. Use your other card or friends/ family's card to pay for the trip
Most of our travellers solved the issue by proceeding with this option. Of course, please try rebooking the trip in incognito mode.
3. Final option: select the Bank Transfer method and make the transfer following our instructions
