HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can choose either of the options below.

Option 1. Fill out the cancellation form online (recommended)

Cancellation fees will apply according to the date Timetravels Ltd. receives your cancellation request. The confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to your email after we successfully cancel your order.

Option 2. Cancellation request via Timetravels customer service 

• Send us your request to [e-mail]

• Do not forget to mention - order number, full name of the passenger of the trip. Please use the same email that was registered for the user account and include your order number (not the invoice number); otherwise, we need to verify your identity.

• Cancellations are registered on working days only: Mon–Fri 10.00–16.00 (Local Time in Finland), excluding Finnish national holidays.

• Requests received outside of the working hours will be registered the next working day.

• Cancellation fees will apply according to the date Timetravels Ltd. receives your cancellation request.
