Change accommodation type - Vasatokka

If you want to change accommodation from Dorm to Cabin or from Cabin to Dorm, there are three options that you could consider: 

1) To request a change in the accommodation form, which will be sent 10-14 days before the departure. Then, our destination manager will answer in the form if it is possible or not. This will depend on the availability at the destination.

If there is extra payment needed, you could pay at the destination.

If there is payment to be refunded, the refund will be done after the trip.

2) To find a person who will want to change with you, add your name to the accommodation form and perform the change

3) Perform the change with customer service by writing us, if there are still spots in the other type of cabin. The fee for the change will be 20€ extra.
