Note! Extra activities could only be booked with a bank card. You could either use your own card or your friend's & family member's card to pay for them.
After booking the main trip, yes, could choose to book the activities Online or at the Destination. Written instruction is below.
A. Booking the activities ONLINE
You can add extra activities online from your user account until 9 days before the trip departure (or until they are sold out).
If your friend booked the trip, you should first login to your friend's user account and follow the below steps.
1. Sign in to your user account at https://www.timetravels.com/ -> Top right corner - Login.
2. Click on the person icon on top right -> Go to "My bookings" tab
3. Choose the trip that has been completed and you would like to add activity to.
Note! Order status must be "complete". If you just paid by bank transfer, it will still be pending for a few working days before it turns to "complete".
4. Choose "Buy extra activities"
5. Choose all activities you would like to add
5. Click Review and Pay
6. Add your card and Place order
7. And done!!!!!
The online activity sale will close 9 days before the departure. So please make sure to book before then!
B. Booking the activities AT THE DESTINATION
Yes, you are welcome to book extra activities when you meet the guide in Lapland. They will assist you with everything.
The reason we need to close the activity sales before 9 days is to finalize the whole process and inform our partners to provide the best experience in Lapland. We will work our best to add more spots for the activities if they are sold out.
Therefore, please, let me remind you that some activities may have been sold out and not available, and the price can be +5€. Your guide will provide every information needed.

The "My bookings" does not exist on my friends or my site...
Caroline Stæger-Holst, I have reviewed your account. At the moment i am writing, the trip is visible. The account email address is the same one where you have received the order copy.

Alex Alcaide Argudo, I see you have loged in here with an email address not associated to any bookings.
If you have an order, it is associated to another email address. The other email address is the one where you have received the order copy and the one you can use to log-in.

Unfortuantely, the online sale is now closed (less than 8 days before trip departure) but, no worries, yes, you can book them in Lapland by credit card. Your guide will help you and share all details as soon as you arrive at the destination!
What if a friend booked me the trip with his account and I created my personal account only later? I mean the trip does not appear in my account even if the mail corresponds with the one that my friend used for booking me the trip. Should I book the extra activities from his account?

Your guess is correct.
When your friend created the order, he made 1 reservation for the two of you. So, the order exists under your friend account.
Therefore, yes, you should log in to his account to add the activities.
Is it possible to change the type of accomodation ?

it may be possible. If you have already received the accommodation sign-up, please, mark your request in the file first sheet "rule".
The Destination Manager will review all such requests and let you know before check-in.

I booked the trip to Swedish Lapland (3rd departure) and have two questions regarding the activites:
1. For the night survival it says, that it can be booked only on place. However on the website is available, but marked as sold out. Will it still be possbile to book it in Lapland then?
2. How reliable is the schedule shown here: https://www.timetravels.com/adventure-to-swedish-lapland-bjorkliden-0123-lsb-00000039.html ?
I ask because I won't do the road trip to Norway, but want to book an individual activity during that time. Can I rely on the day that is shown in the schedule?

all your questions are welcome!
1. Your first information is precise. We do not sell the activity online because the activity is weather dependent. If the destination manager considers the conditions suitable, we will operate the activity and your guide will inform about the sale upon arrival in Lapland.
2. at this moment, the itinerary is for reference only. We can change the activities to another time on the same or on a different day to ensure the activities can be operate smoothly. Of course, the activities won't overlap; you can even join all the activities.
For such a reason, we share a more updated trip schedule 5-7 days before the trip departure.
If you wish to join both our and third parties activities, I need to suggest to wait at least for the mentioned email.
