Health Insurance is not related to Timetravels' flexible cancellation fee (15€).
A. HOW TO BOOK?
Wanna add insurance after completing booking your trip? Piece of cake!
You are welcome to add your extra insurance until 9 days before the trip departure.
1. Log in to your Timetravels account
2. Go to My Bookings
3. Choose your completed booking.
4. Choose "Buy the insurance".
Note: If your order is pending (you will send the payment by bank transfer or receive a separate invoice link), the button will become visible after the order is paid.
5. The page will take you to our partner's website - Swisscare here.
Fill in the form and choose your suitable plan. You will see three products (Standard, Comfort, Premium).
IMPORTANT! ONLY Comfort and Premium include Cancellation trip and luggage. So be sure to choose the correct type!

Note! The price shown in the picture could be changed due to the information differs year by year.
The insurance can be booked at the same time for multiple people by specifying the birth date on the first step and other details on the second step. You could press the (+) under Day of Birth of the Insured 1.
6. Fill in all the information and make the payment. Then you are insured!!!
B. HOW TO CLAIM?
All insurance applications will be handled by our partner - Swisscare. If you need more information on the application process and the result, please contact the email/number in the claim form.
How to apply for claims:
1. Download Swisscare's claim form from here
2. Fill in all the information
3. Scan all documents in good quality (all documents are listed in the claim form)
4. Send to the email address mentioned on the claim form
5. Check the progress in your Swisscare account. Wait for their reply.
