We aim to answer the tickets within 2 busniess days (not on week-ends and Finnish national holidays). Anyway, no worries, if you sent the email today, yes, the cancellation is possible.
The fee depends if you selected the standard or flexible fee option (you can see it on your order) and it is based on the days remaining before the trip departure on the day we receive your email; I see your first email was sent on Tuesday. We will count fee based on your Tuesday initial email.
