Urgent Request about 17.02.2025 Kilpisjärvi Trip

Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I have booked the trip to Lapland on 17/2/2025, but I haven't got in touch with anyone about the itinerary and accommodation so far. I am really in a hurry.

Adventure to northern Lapland, Kilpisjärvi | Timetravels

I noticed that '5-3 days before your trip you will receive the final itinerary including the precise departure location and time'. Since I booked only 2 days before the trip, I would like to know when would I receive the itinerary and how to get in touch with the tourist group?
